Two-Story Coastal Home 5V Double-Rib Metal Roof

Project overview

24 ga. 5V double-rib panel installed on a new two-story coastal residence. A metal roof only performs as well as its panel layout and flashings. We measured and fabricated panels for this roof, set new underlayment across the full deck, and detailed the eaves, valleys, ridges, and penetrations so water is directed off the roof instead of held against it.
