Scope

What we handle

Interior renovations and water-damage remediation that fix the source, not just the symptom.

  • Kitchen and bathroom renovations
  • Water-intrusion remediation and mold prevention
  • Drywall, flooring, and trim repair
  • Structural and finish rebuilds after moisture damage
  • Cabinet, countertop, and fixture installation
  • Accessibility and aging-in-place upgrades

Process

How we work

We trace the water path, repair the envelope breach, and rebuild with moisture-resistant materials.

1

Inspect

Moisture mapping, damage assessment, and source identification.

2

Scope

Remediation plan plus design selections and material schedule.

3

Build

Dry-out, envelope repair, framing, mechanicals, and finishes.

4

Warranty

Final cleaning, punch list, and moisture-free guarantee.

Waterproofing

We don't just patch the damage

We don't just patch the visible damage. We trace the water source, fix the envelope breach, and rebuild with moisture-resistant materials.

By property type

Remodeling tailored to your building

From single-room updates to large-scale rebuilds, we scale our process to your property.

Commercial

Tenant improvements and common-area renovations with minimal downtime and code-compliant finishes.

Apartments & Condos

Unit turnovers, common-area refreshes, and leak-damage rebuilds coordinated with property management.

Single Family

Whole-home and room-specific remodeling with design guidance and transparent budgets.

A remodel should give you a space you enjoy every day and never have to think about again. In Florida that means the finish work is only half the job — the other half is making sure moisture is not already moving through the assembly you are about to cover with new tile and cabinetry. We build the space you want on top of an envelope we have verified is dry.

Water first

Why we start with moisture, not materials

Roughly half the interior rebuilds we do are second attempts — someone already repaired the drywall without finding where the water came from. Six months later the stain is back and the new finishes are ruined too.

Before demolition we map moisture with meters and, where needed, thermal imaging. We trace the path back to its source: a roof penetration, a window pan, a stucco crack, a failed shower pan, or a supply line. The envelope repair is part of the remodel scope, in writing, before finish selections are ever discussed.

Kitchens

Kitchen renovation scope

A kitchen touches nearly every trade in the house, which is why sequencing matters more than any single selection. We build a schedule that keeps the trades in the right order so you are not waiting on a countertop template that could have been measured a week earlier.

  • Layout and design

Work triangle, clearances, and storage planning before anything is ordered.

  • Cabinetry

Semi-custom and custom lines with soft-close hardware and moisture-resistant boxes.

  • Countertops

Quartz, granite, and porcelain with digital templating after cabinets are set.

  • Mechanical and electrical

Code-compliant circuits, GFCI protection, lighting layers, and ventilation to the exterior.

  • Flooring and finish

Tile, LVP, and hardwood with proper substrate prep and transitions.

Bathrooms

Bathroom renovation and shower waterproofing

Bathrooms are the highest-risk room in the house for hidden water damage because the failure is behind tile where you cannot see it. We waterproof the wet area as a system — bonded membrane, sloped mortar bed, proper drain assembly, and sealed corners — and we flood-test pans before tile goes on.

  • Curbless and roll-in showers

Pre-sloped, fully waterproofed pans for accessibility without leak risk.

  • Membrane systems

Sheet or liquid-applied membranes over the full wet area, not just the pan.

  • Ventilation

Correctly sized exhaust ducted outside so humidity is not feeding mold in the wall.

  • Fixtures and finishes

Vanities, tile, glass enclosures, and hardware coordinated to a single selection schedule.

Restoration

Water intrusion remediation and rebuild

When water has already gotten in, speed matters. We remove saturated materials, dry the structure to a measured standard rather than by feel, correct the source, and rebuild with moisture-tolerant assemblies. Where active mold growth is present, we coordinate with certified remediation partners and hold reconstruction until clearance is documented.

For insured losses we photograph and log conditions throughout, which gives you and your adjuster a defensible record of what was found and what it took to make it right.

Working with us

What your remodel actually looks like day to day

Living through a remodel is the part most people dread. We manage it with a written schedule, one point of contact, dust containment at every opening, and daily site cleanup. You will know each week what is happening, who is coming, and what decisions we need from you.

  • Selections schedule

Deadlines for each decision so material lead times never stall the crew.

  • Allowances stated up front

Real numbers for fixtures and finishes instead of low placeholders that become change orders.

  • Containment and protection

Zip walls, floor protection, and negative air where dust would travel.

  • Punch list and walk-through

We walk the space with you, list everything, and finish it before final invoice.

Timely, organized, and as non-disruptive as possible

I was appreciative of the care and expertise Enviro-Tech brought to the project. You were readily available at all times, thoughtful of our employees working in the building during the project, and responsive to our issues. Your work crews were timely, organized, and as non-disruptive as possible. Even though the job was during the rainy season, and we did have several downpours, it was completed in a timely fashion and without unnecessary delays. I also appreciate the time spent helping us correct several other issues with a different roofing system previously installed by another roofing company. You investigated the problems, found the solutions, and professionally contacted the other company to arrange for the work necessary to correct the problems. I would at any time be more than happy to recommend you and Enviro-Tech LLC to any potential customers.

The craftsmanship was impeccable

Great company to work with and very well managed. The process was great and Greg explained everything very well. They put a new standing seam snap lock metal roof on our large 2-story waterfront home. The craftsmanship was impeccable and after looking it all over, I couldn't find any issues. Jobsite was super clean and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new metal roof or any other type of roofing and waterproofing services.

Same day, with photos of the water damage in the attic

I called Enviro-Tech for a leak in my roof. They came out the same day, showed me pictures of the water damage in the attic, and explained exactly what needed to be done to repair the leak. The price seemed reasonable but I did get two more quotes. I ended up going with Enviro-Tech because they offered a 5-year warranty. They were even able to do the work that same week so I did not incur any more water damage. All in all very reliable and efficient work. I will definitely use Enviro-Tech for any future roofing issues.
