Project overview

Bravada clay barrel tile re-roof on an occupied place of worship. Tile roofs in Florida fail at the underlayment long before the tile itself wears out, so the work that matters happens underneath. We stripped the existing tile, inspected and repaired the deck, installed a code-compliant secondary water barrier, and re-detailed every valley, wall, and penetration before the new tile went down.
