Commercial Low-Slope Metal Roof Replacement

Project overview

Low-slope standing seam metal roof replacement with new curbs and vents. A metal roof only performs as well as its panel layout and flashings. We measured and fabricated panels for this roof, set new underlayment across the full deck, and detailed the eaves, valleys, ridges, and penetrations so water is directed off the roof instead of held against it.
