Low-slope roof replacement on an occupied condominium building. Low-slope roofs live or die on seams, terminations, and drainage. We removed the failed assembly, corrected saturated insulation and ponding areas, and installed a single-ply membrane with hot-air-welded seams, prefabricated boots at every penetration, and new edge metal and terminations.
