Project overview

Copper-finish metal roof on a two-story coastal residence, shown from the air. A metal roof only performs as well as its panel layout and flashings. We measured and fabricated panels for this roof, set new underlayment across the full deck, and detailed the eaves, valleys, ridges, and penetrations so water is directed off the roof instead of held against it.
