Project overview

Estate tile re-roof with a matched blend, re-mortared hip and ridge, and barrel tile hand-cut around the rounded turret and arched entry. Tile roofs in Florida fail at the underlayment long before the tile itself wears out, so the work that matters happens underneath. We stripped the existing tile, inspected and repaired the deck, installed a code-compliant secondary water barrier, and re-detailed every valley, wall, and penetration before the new tile went down.
