Poolside Residence 1.5 in. Standing Seam Roof

Project overview

24 ga. striated standing seam with 1.5 in. seam height over complex hip framing. A metal roof only performs as well as its panel layout and flashings. We measured and fabricated panels for this roof, set new underlayment across the full deck, and detailed the eaves, valleys, ridges, and penetrations so water is directed off the roof instead of held against it.

Scope of work
