Project overview

Architectural shingle re-roof with new valley metal and chimney flashing. Shingles are the most common roof in our market and the most commonly installed wrong. We tore off to the deck, replaced compromised sheathing, and installed the new shingle system with the manufacturer's high-wind nailing pattern, new starter and hip-and-ridge, and fully re-worked flashings.
